You get a non-exclusive license to play Aviator for personal use only. No reselling. No bots. No cheating. Accounts doing this get banned permanently.

Your Responsibilities

Keep your password secret. Don't share your account. You're liable for everything that happens on your account. If someone hacks it, tell us right away.

What We Own

All code, design, and game mechanics belong to tcss. The Aviator game, logos, and strategies are our intellectual property. You can't copy or redistribute them.

We're Not Liable For

We're not liable for losses, crashes, or third-party issues. We're also not liable if you lose money on Aviator. Gambling carries risk. That's on you.
